Location: Remote/Hybrid (Cavan, Co. Cavan)

Salary: €40,000 - €45,000 DOE

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday - Friday (9am - 5:30pm)

Job Overview:

ClubSpot is actively seeking a talented and experienced UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years of industry experience and showcase a robust portfolio highlighting their proficiency in designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces. As a key player in the ClubSpot team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our platform, ensuring it aligns with the needs of both clubs and their members.


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints.

  • Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces to effectively communicate design concepts.

  • Work closely with product managers and developers to implement designs and ensure a seamless user experience.

  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback for continuous product improvement.

  • Manage design systems and style elements, overseeing comprehensive documentation for streamlined accessibility and consistency.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to enhance the overall user experience.


  • 2+ years of proven experience as a UX/UI Designer.

  • Proven experience in both UX and UI design for mobile and web products. 

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design solutions and intuitive user interfaces.

  • Expert knowledge in the use of Figma as a design tool.

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering outstanding user experiences.

  • Hands-on experience leading qualitative and quantitative UX research in a product design environment.

  • Proven experience in design thinking and a good understanding of user-centred design principles and methodologies.

  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Desirable Skills, Experience and Competencies:

  • Keen interest in, or knowledge of, the running and management of amateur sports clubs.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

  • HTML/CSS Development Skills

  • Participation in external UX groups or communities

  • Masters Degree
