Q - What is the Early Adopters Plan?
A - In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, we are offering sports clubs the opportunity to benefit by using our product for a reduced rate. Clubs can now sign up to our platform, by paying an initial sign up fee of €50 with no additional payments due until the earlier of :
(A) Sporting action resumes following the Covid-19 Crisis
(B) January 1st, 2021.
ClubSpot are here to help clubs recover for time and resources lost due to these unprecedented events.
Q - What is ClubSpot?
A - ClubSpot is an online club management system. Clubs are provided with a customised club app where members can register and keep up to date with club news and activities. Club Administrators have an online management platform where they can manage all the clubs activity from one central site. For more information on the product click here.
Q - My club wish to sign up to ClubSpot, how can we do that?
A - Please fill in your details in the contact form and a member of our sales team will contact you directly to talk you through the process
Q - How much does it cost to sign up to ClubSpot?
A - There is a €125 sign up fee for all new customers. All clubs must also sign up for a monthly plan on direct debit.
Q - I wish to discuss a bespoke club management system?

Q - What payments platform do ClubSpot use?
A - We exclusively use Stripe as a payment processor. Stripe are a best in class payment processor, providing easy set-up, transparent pricing and a secure, trusted product for all users.
