Sales Development Representative - 4 Day Work Week - Hybrid/Remote


About The Role

The Sales Development Representative Role is responsible for outbound sales development, delivering demos, closing sales, and signing up clubs to ClubSpot. This role is a key element of ClubSpot’s future growth.

OTE ~ €50,000.


Role Involves

  • Outbound sales calls.

  • Managing sales qualified leads pipeline.

  • Scheduling and delivering demo presentations to club committee members.

  • Answering questions and highlighting ClubSpot's vision and key benefits to clubs.

  • Sharing further information and pricing to clubs.

  • Following up and delivering quotes to close sales.

  • Track and manage targets and KPIs.

Requirements

  • Past experience in sales/account executive/customer success.

  • Knowledge of sport club structure and key personnel.

  • Ability to work off own initiative.

  • Ability to deliver sales presentations and win customers.

  • Full clean driver’s license.

  • Availability to work weekday evenings.

Minimum Earnings

Basic Salary €35,000

Commission and Bonus ~€15,000 (If KPI’s and targets are met)

OTE (On Target Earnings) ~€50,000


Working Schedule

This is a 4-day working week full-time contract. You will be required to work 12 pm to 10 pm Monday to Thursday to match the contactable times of our customers, work may be required outside regular hours. One month will be required in the ClubSpot office in Cavan Digital Hub for training with the option to consider hybrid afterwards. You will report to the commercial manager with one weekly meeting and monthly team meeting.
